 As a public school system, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements. For specific enrollment information, please contact Mrs. Janiece Cress. In order to make the enrollment process as smooth as possible, parents/guardians of new students are must set an appointment by emailing Mrs. Cress at enrollment@cacheps.org or calling 580-429-3266 option 1.

Students not living in the Cache Public Schools District need to complete a transfer request. 

 

  • Students must be enrolled by the Parents or Legal Guardians. Please bring proof of gaurdianship with you to your enrollment appointment (ie. birth certificate, court ordered legal guardianship, legal power of attorney or other appropraite documentation.)

    • State Certified Birth Certificate
    • Curent, up to date immunization record (or completed and signed exemption form)
    • Photo ID of parent/guardian
    • Social Security Card 
    • Proof of Residence in Cache Schools District (utility bill, rental agreement – in the name of the parent or guardian)

  • Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth enrollment process

    2. Bring all required docummentation with you to your appointment

  • Who can enroll at Cache Public Schools?
    We accept all students living within the Cache School Distirct. 

    How Can I transfer my student to Cache if I do not live inside the school district?
    Any student can request a transfer. Transfers are approved on a case by case basis and depended heavily on student to teacher ratios for that specific grade level. You can follow the Oklahoma State Department of Education instructions for Tranfer Requests. The Transfer Portal opens June 1, 2025. Please review Cache Public Schools Transfer Policy and our Quarterly Enrollment numbers when considering your application for transfer. 

     

  • All enrollment for Cache Public Schools must be done in person. Please contact Mrs. Janiece Cress to schedule an appointment. (580) 429-3266 option 1.
